By using Adi Service services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Booking
Service bookings can be made via WhatsApp or phone. We will confirm the visit schedule based on technician availability.
Payment
Payment is made in cash or bank transfer after the work is completed and the unit is functioning properly.
Cancellation
Please inform us of any schedule cancellation at least 2 hours before the technician's scheduled arrival.
Responsibility
We are responsible for the work results of our technicians according to the applicable warranty period. We are not responsible for damage caused by user negligence or external factors after the warranty period expires.
